I’ve been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 2001 — 25 years in mortgage lending, and nearly all of it spent on the homes other lenders turn away. Manufactured homes. Mobile homes. Modular homes. Single-wides and double-wides. Homes in parks, cooperatives, and resident-owned communities. Homes on leased land and in 55+ communities. Park models on leased land — and even the occasional pre-1976 home in a co-op. If you’ve been told “we don’t do those,” you’ve found the person who does this work every day.

I serve as Branch Manager at Atlantic Mortgage & Finance Corp. in downtown Ocala, and I work with borrowers across Florida and Alabama. Online, I go by mobilehomemike — nobody calls me that yet, but give it time. It’s been my lane for a quarter century.
